2/12/2004 : Meaning

Some people might say that these three words mean the same thing. But do they? Look. Search. Quest. How would you define your life? Looking for something, searching for it or questing. Looking and searching imply that something is missing. A lackful place. While questing implies the movement toward something. Subtle...perhaps, but none-the-less a very important difference. Best Thoughts, Mark

1/22/2004 : It's a Match

You are always an exact match to your experiences. It must be so. Are you clear about what you want. Are you focused on the joyous expectation of receiving it or it's abscence. Best Thoughts, Mark

1/13/2004 : Look for Joy

Every day when you rise, take a deep breath close your eyes and smile. Quietly say to yourself...three times, "Today I am going to see and experience things that make me smile and feel good!" At the end of each day list or Journal all the things that made you smile throughout the day. Best Thoughts, Mark

1/6/2004 : Opportunities are coming

And we begin another year. Keep your eyes, your mind and your hearts open. It is only then that you will recognize the opportunities you have been asking for.

1/6/2003 : The New Year

It's yet the beginning of another New Year. A time where many of us ALLOW ourselves to start fresh. A new beginning so to speak. We look back to see all that we have accomplished as well as see what we want to change for next year. Isn't that what resolutions are all about? The changes that we intend for ourselves? I say keep the resolutions simple. My resolutions are to experience my life from a perspective of joy, to influence all those around me to a better feeling place and lastly to release those things that I don't want more easily than ever. What about you? Is feeling good at or near the top of your list? Best Thoughts, Mark
